Momentum Banking Campaign

Challenge. The brand metrics for the “Fifth Third better” campaign were weakening. Also, the bank was losing market share to the fintechs.

Solution. Use the launch of the new Momentum Banking product to evolve the brand image and voice to be more modern and fresh without losing established equity. The resulting multi-channel marketing campaign utilized tactics including website, mobile, display ads, paid social (static and animated), merchandising and debit card carrier.
